  • What does the Carpoll app do?
    The Carpoll app allows users to earn credits by completing surveys and redeem those credits for discounts on transportation services. After signing up, users select their preferred provider to redeem their balance. For each credit redemption, users must complete a new survey to top up their balance. If you don’t want to book a ride, you can still earn credit by taking surveys through the "I don’t want to book a ride" option.
  • What is the minimum credit I can use?
    The minimum credit you can redeem for a ride is £1.
  • What is the referral program?
    You can refer new users to Carpoll and earn £5 for each successful referral. Once your referral completes the onboarding survey and takes their first survey, you will receive the reward.
  • How do I sign up?
    You can sign up using your Gmail account or manually by selecting the "Sign up" option under the Login button. After registering, you'll need to verify your email following the instructions sent to your inbox (check your spam if you don’t see it).
  • What should I know about the onboarding process?
    You need to complete an onboarding survey before you can start using the app. This survey collects demographic information such as your gender, date of birth, marital status, nationality, and more. This information helps match you with relevant surveys and transportation deals.
  • What happens if I can’t finish the onboarding survey in one sitting?
    You can always return to complete the onboarding survey by navigating to the Dashboard page and selecting the "Return" button.
  • Why do I need to complete the onboarding survey?
    Without completing the onboarding survey, you won’t be able to book rides, redeem credits, or fully use the app.
  • What happens after I finish the onboarding survey?
    You will receive £5 in your balance, and you’ll be able to take your first survey.
  • How do I receive surveys?
    After completing the onboarding survey, you will be assigned surveys based on your profile. The more information you provide, the more surveys you will receive.
  • How do I choose a survey?
    Go to the "Choose your survey" screen and select a survey from the carousel. Each survey will display the estimated time to complete and the reward amount. After selecting one, you’ll be directed to the provider’s platform to complete your booking.
  • What happens if I select a provider that’s not installed on my phone?
    You’ll need to download the provider’s app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). After that, you can proceed with your booking.
  • Can I update or delete my account?
    Yes. To delete your account, email info@carpoll.uk. To update your account details, go to the "Account" screen under the "Personal Info" section.
  • Can I change my information after signing up?
    Yes, you can update your personal details at any time from the "Account" screen.
  • What can I find on the Dashboard?
    Active mode: Displays surveys you need to complete. Completed mode: Shows all completed surveys along with the date and reward. Voucher Redeemed History: Lists all redeemed vouchers.
  • What should I do if the redirect after booking doesn’t work?
    Go to the Dashboard and swipe right on the voucher to manually retry the redirect. If you still experience issues, contact us at info@carpoll.uk with your user details and a description of the problem.
  • What should I do if I experience technical problems?
    In the "Settings" screen, you’ll find a "Send Feedback" option where you can report technical issues and provide other feedback.
